How long does shipping take?

All orders placed Monday to Friday by 12 pm EST will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following week. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to activate. Please check your spam mail if you haven't received an email. You can see more shipping information here.

Can I cancel my order after its being placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order at hello@javieravaras.com, if it hasn’t already shipped. Please take a look at our cancellation policy here.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Didn’t like it? No problem! You have 14 days to return your item(s) in the original packaging and with all tags on. Please click here to see our return/exchange policy.

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

Yes, we do! Gift packaging comes with a gift receipt and a personalized message if you wish to include it. Please click here to see gift options.

How do I track my order?

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. We produce small batches, ensuring we don’t over produce, yet we promise the wait will be worth your time! You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

What is your take back program about?
